THE Bolley Baller-Z defeated team Topshakaz in two sets with a final score of 41 to 33. Bolley Baller-Z won the first set 21 to 14. But, the Bolley Baller-Z had to struggle from leading in points scored at the beginning to catch-up play in the second set. In the end, the Bolleyballer-Z won the second set 20 to 19 and averted going into overtime: Because, in Roccball overtime is unpredictable. An overtime set is won when either team scores 5 points with or without the serve or a goal, whichever comes first.

In the semi-finals leading up to the championship game, Topshakaz defeated the Spicey Locals 42 to 25 and the Bolley Baller-Z defeated team Nesian Power 55 to 31. In the semi-finals and championship games there were 28 two point serves, 4 two-point backcourt scores, 5 three-point goals made, and Balley Baller-Z players Jasper Hall and Mokyang Kim both scored the 1-point defensive play called a “Jam” by spiking down a served ball at the net position.

When Jasper and Mokyang both scored a “Jam” in the last game of the season, they both earned the title of “Master Player” by being the only two persons in the league to score at least once in all of Roccball six categories of plays: Court 1 points, Aces 2 points, Xunks 2 points, Jams 1 point, Kees 2 points, and Goals 3 points.
