TWO teen-agers were arrested for alleged possession of controlled substance believed to be marijuana and for traffic violation in Puerto Rico yesterday.
Anthony Passi Camacho, 19, and a 17-year-old boy were held for possession of controlled substance and traffic offenses, according to the Department of Public Safety.
DPS spokesman Pete C. Muna said a patrol officer made a violator stop of a vehicle driven by Camacho and his companion near a Shell gas station at 12:02 midnight.
Muna said during the stop, the patrol officer found that the operator did not have a driver’s license and had an expired vehicle registration.
The officer, Muna said, discovered that the vehicle’s registration was expired, but had 2002 and 2003 stickers.
