I WOULD like to extend my sincerest congratulation and deepest respect to Mr. Frank G. Cepeda for being chosen as director of the Veterans and Military Affairs Office. Mr. Cepeda, without question or doubt, has served his country and our people with the utmost professionalism, dedication and untiring devotion for the betterment of our country and his fellowmen. This gentleman is well-deserving of such a prestigious position and I will even venture to say that all veterans currently residing in the commonwealth will now have the exposure, programs and assistance that they very much deserve.
I would also like to express my appreciation to our honorable governor and lt. governor for having such trust and faith in the ability of Mr. Frank G. Cepeda. This gentleman and proven leader, honorable governor and lt. governor, will not let you down but rather make you proud. His vast military experience, knowledge, leadership and professionalism coupled with his former status as an elected official will definitely be a great asset and contribution to the commonwealth.
And as Mr. Cepeda often says, “Free the Oppressed.” This motto may not be of any importance to some, but to those of us who truly know and understand its deeply embedded definitions and principle, it means a great deal and represents a vital place in all human life. Once again, congratulations Mr. Frank G. Cepeda and there is no doubt that you will accomplish what’s right for our veterans and the commonwealth in general.
