THE Attorney General’s Office has charged a 30-year-old man for alleged trafficking of crystal methamphetamine and illegal possession of marijuana and ammunition.
Pedro Rediall Demapan was charged with trafficking of a controlled substance (“ice”), illegal possession of a controlled substance (“ice”), illegal possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), and illegal possession of ammunition.
In other news, a protruding steel bar on the shoulder of Beach Road near Bank Pacific in Garapan caused a vehicular accident on Friday morning.
The front left tire of a Suzuki Sidekick was damaged.
According to the driver, Samson Tan, he was making a right turn when he struck the steel bar.
Tan said there was no sign that warned motorists about the steel bar.
