ANOTHER poker arcade on the island has been robbed.
The Department of Public Safety’s spokesman, Police Lt. Pete C. Muna, said Ocean Poker in Kagman II was robbed on Monday. The amount of the money stolen from the establishment had not been determined as of press time yesterday.
Muna said an attendant of Ocean Poker told investigators that she was washing the mop in the bathroom when she heard the front door of the establishment opened. The attendant didn’t see anyone and continued washing the mop.
At 10 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., she tried to make a phone call, but there was no dial tone. She decided to check the phone line and noticed that it was cut off.
At this point, she heard a man’s voice telling him not to turn around “or else she would die.”
