HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — A 38-year-old man was accused of groping a 14-year-old girl “prior to the arrival of Typhoon Mawar,” a magistrate’s complaint filed in the Superior Court of Guam stated.
TK Reuny, 38, was charged Thursday in the Superior Court of Guam with second-degree criminal sexual conduct as a first-degree felony, which stems from a 14-year-old girl’s complaint made to the Guam Police Department on Oct. 12, 2023.
Charging documents state the minor indicated she was “touched inappropriately” by Reuney on May 24, 2023, “prior to the arrival of Typhoon Mawar, at a residence in Dededo.”
The minor told police she was sleeping on the living room couch when she felt someone touching her and woke up to see Reuney sitting on the couch with her. The minor then got upset and asked Reuney, “What do you want?”
“The Defendant responded, ‘I’ll give you weed if you give me what I want,'” the complaint stated.
The minor said “no” before Reuney allegedly said, “I won’t tell anyone,” according to the complaint.
When officers asked what the minor said when she meant someone touched her, the minor “nervously covered her breasts with her arms and quietly said ‘here.'” The minor further stated Reuney touched her over her shirt for five to ten minutes, but she was unsure as to how long because she was asleep, the complaint stated.
Reuney allegedly told officers he was “drunk and high on weed” at the time of the incident, according to the complaint.
