In his travel authorization request, Office of Grants Management & State Clearinghouse Administrator Epiphanio E. In that event, Harnyss LLC, a Texas-based renewable energy company, will showcase Oasis, “a self-contained microgrid system that has high-performance capacitors using green hydrogen to produce dependable and uninterrupted power.”
Cabrera said the trip is federally funded.

Likewise attending the conference is Rep. Manny Gregory T. Castro, who received a separate formal invitation from Harnyss LLC Chief Executive Officer Kirby A. Smith. Castro chairs the PUTC committee of the Saipan and Northern Islands Legislative Delegation.
On Friday, Commonwealth Ports Authority Board Vice Chair Antonio B. Cabrera told Variety that he, too, will attend the conference in Texas. He said he will provide the public more details about the conference as soon as he returns to the island.
In his formal invitation to Castro, Harnyss LLC CEO Kirby Smith said, “Our team will be readily available to assist with transportation, accommodation and any other logistical arrangements you may require.”
