ON Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, Saipan Computer Store on Beach Road in Garapan hosted its annual Customer Appreciation Raffle promotion with the top prize — a 24-inch Apple iMac — going to lucky customer Dave Blake.
“It’s amazing — of all the companies, including the big corporates, it’s the small ones that have giveaways like this,” said Bob Webb, general manager of KZMI FM and a special guest official for the raffle drawing.
He said Saipan Computer Store “tries to do it every single year for their customers no matter what the economy is.”
Customers entered the raffle by making a minimum $25 purchase. Each additional $25 meant more tickets. Customers could win multiple prizes and did not need to be present to win.
Saipan Computer Store also gave away a Dell 11.6-inch laptop; a Lenovo tablet; a Samsung Galaxy Watch; a Strata Home Pro cordless vacuum; a Canon Ivy Cliq2 Instant Camera Printer; a Google Nest Hub; an Echo Dot Smart Speaker/clock; and eight discount coupons worth $30.
