Carolers from the Saipan Manamko’ Center recently visited the Office of the Governor, where they sang Christmas carols to spread joy and holiday spirit. Audience members included Gov. Arnold I. Palacios, Department of Lands and Natural Resources Secretary Sylvan Igisomar, Office of Management and Budget Special Assistant Virginia Villagomez, and staff members of the Office of the Governor & Lt. Governor, the Attorney General’s Office, and OMB. The carolers were accompanied by Walter Manglona, Office on Aging director.
