The National Weather Service said that the TCFA means that the low pressure is expected to develop and may become a tropical depression.The weather report said that scattered to numerous showers and strong gusty winds which can be expected near the center of the developing low pressure area.The system is expected to slowly move Northwest during the next 24 to 48 hours away from Yap and Palau.The periods of heavy rain and strong and gusty West to Southwest winds are likely at Koror to today.The weather bureau said that Southwest wind of 17 to 23 miles per hour, combined seas of four to six feet , cloudy with numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms.
