Cabrera said the winners have already been invited to attend the event which is “dedicated to all who participated and made the agricultural fair a success this year.”
Also invited were Gov. Benigno R. Fitial, Department of Lands and Natural Resources Secretary Dr. Ignacio T. Dela Cruz and Saipan Mayor Juan B. Tudela.
During the presentation of awards, dinner will be served and a live band will entertain the participants, Cabrera said.
“We hope all winners can join us. They just have to come and enjoy the food and drinks,” he added.
246 winners will be recognized in the plant and animal divisions.
Cabrera said the judges were “very fair and professional” in choosing the winners.
The program’s highlight is the awarding of the grand prize to Francisco Deleon Guerrero.
