Beginning Monday, October 5, 2020 to Friday, October 16, 2020, operational hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The afternoon will be dedicated to back-logging all active Consumer cases. Additionally, beginning Monday, October 19, 2020 to Friday, October 23, 2020 the counseling office will be closed to complete all back-logging and updating of cases. Normal operations will resume on Monday, October 26, 2020.
