On Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2020, at about 3:08 p.m., police responded to a theft incident reported at the Sun Star tire shop in Kagman. Upon arrival, police interviewed an employee from the tire shop who told police that a local male, later identified as Ronald Jr. Leon Guerrero Ealey, came to the tire shop on two separate occasions earlier that day.

After Ealey’s second visit, the tire shop’s hydraulic jack went missing. Footage from the surveillance camera showed Ealey turning the camera to a different angle. But another camera captured him carrying the hydraulic jack onto his vehicle before fleeing the scene.
On Friday, Oct. 23, 2020, at about 2:30 p.m., Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio issued an arrest warrant for Ronald Jr. Leon Guerrero Ealey for the charge of theft with bail set at $5,000.
