An arrest warrant for Juan D. Tydingco was issued by the court with bail set at $1,000 for a bench warrant and $10,000 for other charges.
Officers have attempted to serve Tydingco with the warrants on numerous occasions, but he had shown no regard for the safety of the public.

Officers were forced to refrain from continuing the pursuit because Tydingco drove into high traffic areas where children and other pedestrians were present.
Any person found aiding Juan D. Tydingco evade arrest will be arrested and charged.
