(SCC) — The Saipan Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated SCC Educational Scholarship program for the Fall 2023 semester.
This year, the SCC is proud to offer two scholarships categories, the Chamber Education Award and the Pellegrino Vocational Education Award, designed to support students attending college at Northern Marianas College and vocational trade school at NMTech to include the Cultural Maritime Training program with 500 Sails. These scholarships aim to empower and assist talented individuals in pursuing their educational goals within the Northern Mariana Islands.
Education plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community, and the Saipan Chamber of Commerce is committed to advancing this vision. The funds for these scholarships were raised through the successful 14th Annual Golf Tournament, a testament to the chamber’s dedication to providing educational opportunities to deserving students.
The SCC Educational Scholarship offers students the opportunity to unlock their potential and pursue their academic dreams in various fields, including business, technology, healthcare, and more. This program is designed to support students in their pursuit of higher education, equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their chosen careers.
Applications for the SCC Educational Scholarship are now available at the Saipan Chamber of Commerce office and can be accessed on its website at www.saipanchamber.com/.
The deadline for submission is Monday, July 17, 2023, at 12 noon. Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the chamber website and submit their applications once available along with the required supporting documents to scholarship@saipanchamber.org/.
