CHCC pharmacy manager Rodylyn Bacani said they can take orders by phone anytime of the day. The patient will be instructed to pick up his or her medication at a specific time. He or she will be handed the medication outside the CHCC Dental Clinic.
For refills, patients can inform the pharmacist about their prescription number over the phone. Patients can also ask their physician to send a new prescription electronically, CHCC added.
“Cash/credit card payments are on hold at the moment for all Medicare and third-party insurers,” CHCC said, adding that patients have to sign a payment waiver form at the curbside pick-up location.
Sliding fee patients and cash payers’ will be processed as usual, CHCC added.
