(NWS) — In a recent update, the National Weather Service has issued a critical flash flood warning for the island of Guam. Residents are advised to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions as heavy rainfall continues to pour over the region. The warning is expected to remain in effect until 5:45 AM ChST Thursday.
