Kelvin Sanchez
KELVIN Cabrera Sanchez, 35, has been charged with unlawful transportation of firearms, person permitted to possess a firearm, removal of serial number from a firearm, no firearm permit, and illegal possession of narcotics.
An arrest warrant for Sanchez was issued by the Superior Court in the amount of $50,000.
