THE Commonwealth Utilities Corp. has been informed by its electric meter provider, Nighthawk, that the headend system software will be undergoing routine maintenance on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m.
Nighthawk customers who wish to “reconnect” their electric services are advised to add funds to their PayGo account to restore electric services before the system goes offline for maintenance. The system will be unavailable during this period. Nighthawk customers who are currently connected will not be affected by this interruption.
