AFTER the conclusion of a very successful 2023 Saipan Magalahi Eagles Club Invitational Basketball League, the organization expressed it deepest gratitude to the league commissioner, Sonny Ebuen, during an awards ceremony on Saturday at the Gualo Rai basketball court.
Ebuen received a Certificate of Appreciation for his time and dedication throughout the tournament.
