MVA records showed that 17 charter flights were expected to bring over 2,600 to Rota by the end of this fiscal year 2008.
MVA said it worked closely with Kinki Nippon Tourist and Pacific Development Inc. to support marketing programs for the charter flights to Rota.
Each flight has 182 or 292 seats depending on the aircraft.
MVA estimated that 87,600 seats will be added each year by the Narita market.
