Too bad the FBI is only investigating federal funds. Can you imagine how much local funds have been stolen as well?
It just shows that CUC needs to be privatized and kept free from politics. See what happens when there are too many appointee positions? Those who get appointed are usually family or friends of the administration who are willing to do whatever for the administration in order to get ahead and leave the people behind.
