Women’s residence burglarized

The incident was reported to the police at 3:15 p.m. on August 24 in Ochelochel.The victims were away from home and were in Koror when the suspect arrived and pried open the back door of their house and took the rice cooker, cellphone, two pairs of sports shoes, stereo Sony and wall clock.The victims lost $600 worth of properties.Investigation disclosed that when the victims arrived home, they saw one male individual walking towards a vehicle with some of their belongings.When the victims approached him to ask him why he was in the area, the suspect took a rock and tried to hit them so the victims ran away.The unknown man left immediately aboard a vehicle but the victims manage to get the vehicle’s plate number.In other news, a woman also lost $300 cash money on Saturday when an unknown suspect went to her residence in Meketii and stole her money placed inside her purse.When the victim went to the store later, she found out that her money was already gone.
