Acting Bureau of Public Safety Patrol Division Chief Peter Napoleon said that the victim reported a theft incident at 5:48 am on Thursday at Ngerbeched.The victim’s pick up truck was parked near his residence in Ngerbeched when the suspect took the speargun that was on the bed truck.Napoleon said the speargun cost $50. Napoleon said the case in still under investigation and no suspect has been identified yet.
