Sonics zoom past Saints in Rotary match, 91-56

Sonics run over Saints in the hard court without stepping on the breaks to rally a 35-point lead in the final seconds.

Tristan Ecalnea of Sonics unleashed 21 points in the fast-paced game with the Chalan Kanoa cagers who lost momentum in the final half of play.

Saints’ Luizi Reyes bled a total of 30 shots on the board, but was not enough to derail Sonics’ fastbreak attempts and offensive play.

Reyes suffered cramps in his leg which forced him out of the remaining 2 minutes in the game.

Brayn Ajoste did not leave Ecalnea with the dirty work by firing 14 points.

Leo Galarse made 11 baskets to back up his team’s hailstorm of shots.

Sonics did not waste any time scoring even during the last few minutes in the game with already a wide margin of score from Saints.

Almost all of the Sonics cagers performed.

Sonics have won over G-Stars and Junior Nationals in previous matches.
