Palau Triathlon Federation president Tino Faatuuala in his letter to BPS Director Norvert H. Yano, asked that BPS personnel provide them road safety and escort when the Swim and Run events will start on Saturday, September 30.
Faatuuala said he is hoping that there will be no speeding cars at that time when the race starts.The Aquathon will be held at Long Island Koror State Park.Faatuuala said the registration will start at 6 a.m. and race will start at 6:30 a.m.First leg of the race will be a swim of 200 meter for juniors and 400 meters for open along the protected waters between the main road and the park.Then followed by a 5 Km run to icebox for the open and 2.5 Km run to Shell for the juniors.
