Enough is enough. Saipan cannot prosper if it does not protect the property (animals) of its citizens, particularly those that work to improve our community, as the owners of the dog do every day as teachers and as leaders in community sports.
If you know a legislator, call them and urge them to pass an anti-cruelty law (preferably the one introduced by PAWS in 2007).
If you know someone at the police station, call them and urge them to investigate this incident.
If you know someone in the media, call them and urge them to cover the story and compare it to other incidents that have gone unresolved and/or unaddressed.
Together, we can make a difference.
