Zapanta wins 1st place in October Prince/Princess of the Lanes

Zapanta finished with a total score of 765 points, after completing four games in the lanes last Sunday.

He tallied 224 points in Game 1; 155 points in Game 2; 184 points in Game 3; and 202 points in Game 4.

His victory allowed him to take home $20-cash prize and one case of Waioka sardines, courtesy of Micronesian Brokers.

Marion Mckenzie grabbed second place in the matches, totaling 587 points.

Mckenzie finished 150 points in Game 1; 164 points in Game 2; 152 points in Game 3; and 121 points in Game 4.

He won $15.

On third spot is Leeanne Yarobwemal who bowled over 573 pins.

She scored 135 in Game 1; 157 in Game 2; 151 in Game 3; and 130 in Game 4.

Yarobwemal won $10.

Other young bowlers who tallied in the scoreboard include Zack Cruz (565); JD Torres (501); Troy Verdaguer (480); Shelly Sablan (446); and Marcel Mckenzie (344).

In Budweiser King & Queen of the Lanes Tournament, Kitz Barja totaled 849, allowing him to lead the men’s category.

Barja went for 248 in Game 1; 201 in Game 2; 202 in Game 3; and 198 in Game 4.

Simon Manacop got 816 points total, allowing him to land on second spot.

Raymond Zapanta settled for third place with 789 points.

In the ladies division, Emi Williams got a total of 731 points; Yho Villavicencio made 722 points; and Gina Sablan went for 679.
