Jonathan Finay was summoned to appear in court on October 3 to face his charge.
The affidavit of probable cause submitted in court stated that Finay struck the victim Wise Fyers with a rod on March 29.The victim was aboard his vehicle and was travelling along Meyuns Ramp when a rock hit his car.The victim and his female companion got out of the vehicle and confronted the defendant about the rock that hit their car.A fight ensued later and the defendant picked up a bamboo stick and hit the victim several times.The victim and his companion got back to the vehicle and drove to the hospital for treatment.
