Acting chief prosecutor Jeffery Warfield filed an information against 19-year old Marco T. Castro for one count of theft.

Castro unlawfully took two air-conditioning condensers owned by the CNMI government on Aug.24, 2008, the AGO stated.

The court ordered him to answer the charges on Oct. 13 at 9 a.m.

Marley Defngin Buchui, 26,  was charged with count of assault and battery for causing bodily harm to Sohel Mohammed on May 4, 2007, according to the information filed by chief prosecutor Kevin A. Lynch.

Buchui was ordered to appear in court on Oct. 14 at 9 a.m.

Jin Koo Cho, 37, and Jin Wook Cho, 32, of Gualo Rai were also summoned to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Oct. 14.

According to the AGO, the two defendants beat and wounded Solemon Solemon on March 2.

Robert Duenas Dela Rosa, 40, of Chalan Kiya was ordered to appear in court at 9 a.m. today to answer a charge of theft of services.

Based on the information filed by acting chief prosecutor Joseph L.G. Taijeron Jr., the defendant purposely obtained from Bar Gaia five Budweiser beers and two shots of tequila.

The AGO stated that the defendant knew these were available only for compensation, and by deception or threat or other means he avoided paying for the services on July 29.

The summons for the five individuals stated that failure to appear could result in an application being made for a warrant of arrest.

The defendants are entitled to be represented by their lawyers, but if unable to get one, they can ask for a court-appointed lawyer at no expense to them.
