On Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023, the Tinian and Aguiguan leadership and Veterans Affairs representative, John Attao, presented Master Sgt. Nicole Adriano Cabrera and her family with a Senate and House resolution honoring the occasion she was awarded the Bronze Star Medal. The medal is awarded to members of the U.S. armed forces for either heroic achievement, heroic service, meritorious achievement, or meritorious service in a combat zone. The Tinian leadership is honored to acknowledge and recognize her outstanding accomplishments, as well as her selfless service and sacrifice to protect the freedom of the citizens of the Commonwealth and the entire nation. “On behalf of the people of Tinian, we thank you for your selfless service, devotion, and sacrifice.”
