RNV Construction, founded in 1997 and incorporated in 1999 under RJCL Corporation, has become a trusted name in the construction industry in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Originally focused on general building construction, RNV has grown into a full-service construction company that specializes in both vertical and horizontal structures.
Over the years, RNV has had the privilege of working with the CNMI government and other clients to complete major infrastructure development projects. These include the FEMA Permanent Housing Construction and Repairs, CNMI Veterans Cemetery Expansion and Improvements, and Saipan International Airport Car Rental Building Improvement, among others.
Currently, RNV is working on one of the major road projects in Saipan – the Route 36 (Windward/Chalan Kalabera) Road Improvements. RNV has also completed various projects in Tinian, such as the Tinian International Airport Terminal Improvement and Perimeter Fence Replacement.
RNV has upcoming projects, including sewer lines, roads, residential houses, apartments, and commercial buildings. The company actively participates in bids for private and federally funded projects and is approved for T-listed bonded projects.
