On April 23, 2023, the Lions Clubs International Region 2, District 204 held its annual health fair in the Marianas High School cafeteria from 7 a.m. to 12 noon. 160 participants availed themselves of free services such as blood pressure check, glucose check, immunization, reading glasses and haircuts for those who checked out five services stations. The health fair also featured a cardiopulmonary resuscitation or CPR demo, the HIV/STD/TB/VH, WIC program, the non-communicable disease program, the Lion Clubs International membership drive, raffles and games. The health fair opened with a Zumba session led by the Saipan Fitbeat Lions Club and Abby Whang. The Lions would like to extend their gratitude to all service providers, volunteers, and sponsors, the NMC Nursing Club, CHCC-Public Health, Western Pacific Training Solutions, Saipan Ice & Water Co., STAR Water, PHI Pharmacy, Saipan Seventh-day Adventist Clinic, SM Mart, Mommyla Spa & Salon, One Pacific, JTM Snack Bar & BBQ Grill, and beauticians/hair stylists Aileen, Shine, Pia, Cecile, and Edwin.
