Illegal dumping in Laulau Bay area

COMMUNITY volunteer Max Aguon found household trash dumped on the side of the road headed to Laulau Bay on Saturday morning.

Aguon said he cleaned up the area, collected the trash and properly disposed of it.

He is once again asking community members to abide by the anti-littering law and help keep the environment clean and beautiful.

“There is no excuse for littering. All over the island there are designated trash bins for all to use,” Aguon added.

A multi-awarded community volunteer, Aguon regularly cleans up tourist sites and popular beach areas while promoting environmental protection.
