On Friday, Jan. 20, 2023, the elementary and junior high students of Saipan Community School came together to compete in the Whole School SCS Spelling Bee. Each grade entered two champions to compete, and of the elementary, Iyani Muna was the student to win and move on to the next round, against the SCS junior high students. “We would love to congratulate our Whole School Spelling Bee winner Celine Jeongbin Park (8th grade) on success in the competition. Both contestants studied hard and competed well. Celine will be travelling to Guam in March to compete in the next level for our Regional Scripps Spelling Bee.”
