AGAPE Christian School won two consecutive games Friday by defeating Grace Christian Academy and Chacha Oceanview Middle School in the girls middle school division of the IT&E Interscholastic Basketball League at the Marianas High School gym.

ACS first took down GCA, 11-5.
In the first half, ACS shined offensively and defensively as their constant harassment prevented GCA from scoring while ACS’ Barbara Wang took care of the transition play with seven straight points, including a triple, for a 7-0 spread.

Led by Aiyana Fatialofa, GCA tried to stage a rally but ACS simply played better and notched the win, 11-5.
Over an hour later, ACS played against Chacha Oceanview Middle School.
Once again, ACS’ Wang delivered, this time converting eight points while team mates Lucy Hong and Suzie Zheng delivered additional points for a commanding 15-4 lead in the first half.
Chacha remained in the gutter in the second half, scoring one bucket only while ACS added nine more points for an emphatic 24-6 win.
