IMPERIAL Pacific International furloughed its human resource and treasury directors effective Monday.
IPI Human Resource Director Reddie Dela Cruz and Treasury Director Frances Mafnas said they have instructed the other remaining IPI employees to refer all matters regarding paychecks and personnel to the administrative office manager, How Yo Chi.
IPI’s executive assistant to the chief executive officer Billy Lam and administrative staff member Steve Liang were furloughed three weeks ago.
As for its remaining administrative staff and seven security guards manning the casino-hotel in Garapan, IPI said they have now been fully paid.
The security guards received their salaries on Friday while the remaining administrative staff got paid on Monday, IPI said.
