I WISH to express my views on the election runoff to determine the choice of our voters in the CNMI as to the next Governor and Lt. Governor.
I sincerely hope and urge the voters to vote for Arnold I. Palacios and David M. Apatang to be our next Governor and Lt. Governor respectively.
I have known both gentlemen to be well qualified public servants and I am confident that they will perform well in their respective jobs. I am confident that the decision reached by Arnold I. Palacios to sever working relations with Torres was a valid decision.
I sincerely hope the voters will objectively assess what have transpired in the past and choose to vote for the new team, PALACIOS and APATANG.
I invite other voters to express their views since we are living under a DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT.
