Despite the rainy weather, supporters join Rota independent House candidate, military veteran and retired police officer Edward Castro Barcinas during a “honk and wave” activity at Teteto Beach Park on Rota on Tuesday last week. The committee to elect Barcinas thanks the participants and supporters who came out to join the event.
