TEAM King Investments can repurpose the IPI casino building into a CNMI Pacific business and cultural center hosting a multitude of celebrations and events for the entire Pacific Basin. This will expand tourism, cultural, and business practices by inviting other islands to participate in each other’s holidays and festivals, creating a mutual business climate year-round.
Tourism is wonderful; however, the CNMI must support it with a vibrant business plan. Trade by air and sea sustains the economy, allowing stronger growth for the health and welfare of CNMI residents.
