The check was handed to the officials of the CHC Volunteers Association during the Thanksgiving raffle draw at 10 a.m. on Tuesday outside the hospital gift shop.
Wushin Corp. director Enoch Sung Soo Lim said they have been regularly donating to the volunteers.
“It is part of extending our help to the community by supporting the vision of the CHC Volunteers and sharing our blessings with the community,” Lim said.
Lim was joined by the firm’s operation supervisor Jun Patawaran, and accountant Josie Villanueva.
Wushin Corp. donated the same amount to the manamko yesterday.
“The $1,000 will help support the activities of the Aging Center,” Lim said.
