Bureau of Public Safety Director Norvert H. Yano identified the victim as Glenson Iyechad also known as Totoy.
Yano said the victim is now under observation at the hospital and is waiting for a doctor’s evaluation for a possible evacuation to Philippines for further treatment.Yano said the victim is an employee of Neco Marine and is working as a boat operator.Yano said on October 31, at 11:30 p.m., police received a call about a man who fell off the dock.As the result of the fall, the boat operator hit his head on the floating ramp and suffered internal bleeding.Yano said investigation disclosed that the incident is alcohol-related.The Director said the victim was intoxicated when the incident occurred.
