CNMI first lady Josie Fitial and Department of Public Health Secretary Joseph Kevin Villagomez handed the check for $300 to Lilly Jean Bautista, Peter Anthony Santos and Jacqueline R. Route, all fifth graders; Frances Santos, third grader; and EJ Santos first grader.
KagES teacher Sam Joyner received a teachers award for bringing in the most students to the event.
Second prize went to Grace Christian Academy’s Jo Hannah Cabrera, 11th grader, and Bethany Garfil, seventh grader.
GCA teacher Leah Dalusong brought the second highest number of students.
San Vicente Elementary School students won third place: Kevin Ogo, Elissa Ogo, fourth graders; Jody Ogo, Kishia Ogo sixth graders; Keoni Ogo fifth grader; and Kianny Ogo, third grader.
