2ndAnnual Reverse Coed grass volleyball
THE Northern Mariana Island Volley Association is holding its 2ndAnnual Reverse Coed Grass Volleyball Tournament at the Navy Hill Baseball
Field on Saturday, Dec. 13.
The game starts at 9:00 a.m., and will be done by 6:00 p.m.
Reverse Coed means teams play on a woman’s height net, and men cannot spike the ball inside the 10 foot line.

THE fight night for Trench Warz IX-Annihilation will be on Friday, Dec. 12.
Weigh-ins will be on a Thursday.
THERE will be an important meeting for all coaches and managers of the upcoming BUDCUP and MASTER’sS basketball league on Saturday, Dec. 6, at the Gilbert C. Ada gym conference room, at 10:00 a.m.
The agenda include tentative opening date, FIBA 33(3 on 3) tournament, league requirements and membership fees.
To date, some teams would like more time to get sponsorships.
The annual Division of Youth Services/Mayors Office/Division of Sports & Recreation’s Christmas Youth Basketball Tournament will commence on Dec. 27 to Jan. 3, 2009.
The league for the first time will include the following age groups:
9 – 11 yrs. Boys / Girls
12 -14 yrs. Boys / Girls
15 -18 yrs. Boys / Girls
School team and sports clubs are encouraged to participate.
Coaches’ meeting is set for Thursday, Dec. 11 at the Gilbert C. Ada Gym conference room.
Teams who submit team roster by Dec. 19 will get free team uniforms(tops).
