Rengulbai, Chairman, Transition Committee of the 8th OEK Delegates-elect wrote Bells a letter thanking him for the workshop which aimed to allow members to discuss and share ideas regarding the importance of legislative representative and oversight roles.
Rengulbai in his letter said that the presenters were very professional in their areas and that they learned so much about the legislative procedures and other important issues that lawmakers should be aware of in order to carry out their task effectively.Rengulbai said what they have learned from the workshop will be very beneficial and instrumental with their daily work performances on legislative issues that they will be facing in the next four years.“I thank you once again for giving us the opportunity to be part of a very informative workshop,”Rengulbai said.The United Nation Development Programme Workshop was facilitated by Sandra S. Pierantozzi and was presented to the lawmakers at the Ngarachamayong Center last week.
