Kabiriel tops Jingle Bell Fun Run

An over all winner, Kabiriel completed the run to be the first male adult to reach the finish line in 17 minutes and 38 seconds.

Matthew Mancao, settled for the second place but was the first male student finisher             with 17 minutes and 45 seconds.

Nikki Gabaldon was the first female adult to reach the finish line with 20 minutes and 49 seconds while Gabrielle Race ws first female student who took it 28 minutes and 59 seconds.

 Jingle Bell Fun Run was a Saipan Swim Club fundraising event that aimed to help raise money for various programs of the islands’ most successful swimming society. It has become a holiday tradition for most of the islanders.

The organizers are pleased that it did not rained that day “hearing all the bells jingling as the runners past by, it was as if Santa’s sleigh was near.”

SSC wants to thank the sponsors, volunteers and the participants who make this event a success.
