Joey Dela Cruz hit a homerun sending Mel Sakisat and Luis Iguel home in the first inning for two RBIs.
Dela Cruz finished with three RBIs as he also hit a go-ahead single in the fifth inning driving Iguel home again.
Julian Camacho homered and scored Iguel and Craig Sanchez runs in the second inning for his two RBIs.
Jun Saralu hit a triple sending Dela Cruz and Camacho home in the decisive runs.
Ben Tagabuel also sent Saralu home with a single hit in the fifth inning.
Elias Rangamar went sharp from the mound as he held the Regulators to five scoreless innings. He allowed only three hits.
CPA 15, Legislature 13
Commonwealth Ports Authority outran the Legislature, 15-13 in the third game for their four-game streak to capture the league’s fourth place.
From the three-run disadvantage the after the fourth inning, the port sentinels launched the attack scoring eight runs in the fifth inning to tie the game, 13-13. They mounted the winning rally during the decisive sixth inning for their fourth victory.
Byron Kaipat hit a grand slam sending Ryan Sablan, Mark Toves and Mel Manahane home in the fifth inning. His double hit scored Sablan for the winning run in the sixth inning.
CPA’s two Jacks, Deleon Guerrero and Diaz homered both in the fifth inning.
In the field, Manahane and Bill Camacho cut short George N. Camacho and Ross Manglona’s first base attempt.
Ed Mendiola struck out two and gave up 17 hits.
NMC 15, DCCA Women 10
In Women’s Division, Pauline Camacho, Joyce Taro and Angie Ngirbedul broke the tie in the fifth inning pulling Northern Marianas College away to 15-10 victory for their four-game winning streak.
Cherlyn Obichang sent Ngirbedul home with her go-ahead single. She did not look back as she hit another single scoring Vanessa Mobel a run in the final inning.
Obichang finished with four RBIs as she hit two singles and one double.
Ngirbedul hit three RBIs and had two singles.
Feliza Brel held DCCA scoreless in the three last innings, striking out two and giving up 17 hits.
