Torgeson finished the tour in 3 hours, 2 minutes and 22.62 seconds breaking his own record of 3:20:33 that he made during the first century cycle last year.
Jazy Garcia of Guam was about 15 minutes behind Torgeson with 3 hours, 18 minutes and 32.52 seconds.
Following just a breath away was Korea’s Ka-On Cho who completed the course in 3:18:33.92.
Ben Fergusson of Guam reached the finish line in 3:20:03.6 followed by Joseph Husslein also of Guam with 3:22:7.46.
Nate Hawley of Saipan was just two milliseconds ahead of Dirk Sharer. They finished the tour in 3:28:04:58 and 3:28:5:00 respectively.
Together with first place medal, Torgeson won $1,000. Garcia got $350 and Ka-On Cho, $250.
In Women Open division, Mieko Carey who placed eighth in the overall race was the fastest among female bikers finishing the course in 3 hours, 28 minutes and 5.43 seconds.
She was however, just a second ahead of Guam’s Chiyo Lombard who came in 3:28:6.50.
Younger bikers from Saipan led the race in 16-25 years old division, with Matthew Mancao finishing 3:55:45.40 and Cooper Graf, 5:01:54.40.
Mancao won the first place medal and dinner for two in Capriciossa Restaurant.
The ‘Stupidity Knows No Bounds’ tandem of Yoshio Gabaldon and Bruce Berline was the first team to reach the finish in Mountain Event with 4:03:40.56.
Jack Kabiriel and Chris Fryling of ‘Can’t Make A Decision’ team were behind them and came in 4:13:16.52.
