Marine service providers sues another company for breach of contract

Auto Marine Inc., Audy Jet Corp. and Saipan Trolling Co. Inc., all affiliated companies, filed the complaint against Bernadita R. Cabrera, doing business as North Shore Marine Sports, for breach of contract.

The plaintiffs, through their counsel S. Joshua Berger, said the defendant obtained marine sports services from them for its business operations since May 2006 in the total amount of $7,750.

The plaintiffs are asking the court to grant them relief for damages in the amount of $7,750, for reasonable attorney’s fees, for prejudgment interest of 9 percent per annum, and for costs and other relief as the court deems just and proper.

The plaintiffs said the defendant is presently in default to the plaintiffs in the principal amount and is therefore in breach of her contract with plaintiffs.

The billing statements attached by the plaintiffs in their complaint included $5,340 unpaid account for parasailing services from Auto Marine Inc., $1,890 from Audy Jet Corp. for Jetski services, $520 for Saipan Trolling Co. Inc, and an invoice from AM Machine Shop.
