Division of Patrol Chief Ismael Aguon said that police received the call at around 12:41 p.m. on New Year’s Day that a lifeless body has been found in Airai.Criminal Investigation Division (CID) said initial investigation showed that the female caller requested for ambulance and the police responded.The victim was attempting to stop a fight when he was allegedly attacked instead.The case is still under investigation and police are still talking to some people in the area.CID further added that the police are still requesting for an autopsy of the body to determine the cause of death.
